NEW LAYOUT FOR 2024
We are always careful both with the amount and type traders that we book, to do our best to ensure a good weekend of sales for all.
We are looking at a potential footfall of around 4000.
PRIME LOCATION – For Traders that wish to be placed in the main music / food court and are prepared to commit to remaining open during the evenings until 11.30pm. FULLY BOOKED
MAIN THOUROUGHFARE – For Traders that wish to be placed in the main thoroughfare that people walk from the camping areas / car park to the Music & Food court. FULLY BOOKED
KIDS ZONE TRADING – For Traders that wish to be placed close to the Kids Zone. You will be positioned opposite the the Kids Zones.
THE LANES – For Traders that wish to be placed in the hustle & bustle of the trade lanes.
We do offer our previous traders first refusal up until 31st January.
After then any other applications will be reviewed and approved if we have suitable space for you.

TRADE ARRIVAL TIMES
All traders need to arrive between the following times to be in place before we open the gates to the general public.
WEDNESDAY 5th - 12 midday – 9pm or
THURSDAY 6th - 7am – 10am or
FRIDAY 7th June 9am – 12pm.
The gates open to the public at 12 midday on Thursday 6th. And each morning at 9am for day visitors.
AUTOJUMBLE ALLEY
NEW LAYOUT FOR 2024
Autojumble plots include space to camp/park = Total 10 metres depth & will be positioned on the main thoroughfare.

TRADE RULES
- Wristbands must be worn at all times.
- Vehicles must display your official pass at all times - NO PASS NO ENTRY.
- Please note that you are liable for the safety of the public visiting your trade plot for the duration of the show.
- Marquees are allowed at the event and must fit within the area of your trade plot and secured with extra ratchet straps.
- You are paying to trade on your plot. NO ROAMING SALES are allowed. Unless permission is granted.
- You are responsible for your plot and everything on it. We advise that you remain onsite for the duration of the event.
- Please use appropriate security measures to secure any vehicles you may be displaying.
- STRICTLY NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT allowed within trade area unless permission and has been granted by the event organisers.
- There is an 11.30pm trade and noise curfew in place.
- Trade Arrival Times - WEDNESDAY 5th - 12 midday till 9pm, THURSDAY 6th June 7am – 10am or FRIDAY 7th June 9am – 12pm.
- NO CHINESE LANTERNS OR FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD.
- No refunds will be given in the event of bad weather, a change of programme or re-siting of trade plots.
We don’t have lots of rules but please use your head and respect, your fellow V-Dubbers. The few things we do ask are:
Site Rules
- Please keep BBQ’s off the ground.
- No Open Fires allowed – Enclosed fire pits that are off the ground are allowed when used sensibly.
- No glass on site please – Animals will be back on the land after the show.
- No Chinese/sky lanterns or fireworks are permitted.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- STRICTLY NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT ONSITE – Unless moving to main arena or exiting site.
- Please respect the campsite and Haughley Parks facilities.
- 10pm noise curfew in Quieter camping areas.
- 11.30pm noise and trade curfew.
Basically, if you don't want it done to you then please don't do it to someone else.
